Synotta Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Synotta platform and services. By accessing or using Synotta, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of Synotta immediately.
1. Use of the Synotta Platform
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Synotta in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree to use Synotta only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of Synotta.
- Synotta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful or disruptive.
2. User Accounts and Security
- To access certain features of Synotta, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify Synotta immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Synotta is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Synotta offers various subscription plans, which may include free trials, monthly, or annual billing. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan.
- All payments to Synotta are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
- Synotta reserves the right to change its subscription fees and billing methods at any time, with notice provided to you before such changes take effect
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, features, and functionalities on Synotta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Synotta or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content provided by Synotta without prior written consent from Synotta.
- Synotta grants you a limited license to access and use the platform solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Synotta provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Synotta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
- Synotta’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Synotta during the 12 months preceding the claim.
